“I just can't say enough wonderful things about everyone I encountered at the District Music Hall on June 16 for the Wood Brothers concert. I was particularly impressed with the accessibility of the venue. As someone who travels in a power wheelchair, accessibility is extremely important. I was approached by a lovely woman who I believe was named Kayla, I apologize if I'm getting that wrong. She stopped me to ask what my thoughts were on the accessibility of the venue and what they could do to improve. I have been in this wheelchair and out in the world for the last 14 months, and that was the first time anyone has ever asked me that question. Thank you to all the folks at District Music Hall I look forward to coming back many more times in the future. It's an incredible intimate venue and a wonderful place to see a show.”
“This was beyond my expectations. Brought my son and his friend here and we had a really wonderful time. The event was well organized and the venue was clean and very pleasant inside. It was much more family friendly than I would expect. Great value for your money. This might have been the best event / show I ever went to with my son. Picture the exact opposite of monster truck atmosphere. Never too loud or crazy but a ton of action!!! Flame throwers and weapons that actually destroyed, not just for show!!! Always felt very safe and controlled. So much fun!!!”

“We took our son here for his birthday and had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and waiter/ bartender was very attentive as well. Food was great and came out fast. We also went to the arcade on our way out and it was huge with lots of game options. We will be back!!”

“I should have written this review nearly two years ago. I was on my way from Southwest Virginia to Maine to spend a few days there for Thanksgiving, and my car's timing chain went bad on CT's Cross County Expressway, leaving me stranded. I got it towed into Norwalk CT, and stayed at The Watershed, just a block from the garage. Kaitlyn at the front desk was so friendly, helpful, and convenient, that she made my involuntary overnight stay in Norwalk much less stressful than it would have been otherwise.
As far as the rooms and amenities, they were clean and pleasant and I loved the view of the railroad bridge outside the window. The staff was by far the best part of my stay though, and made if feel like I wasn't stranded. I'd love to come back and stay here again under brighter circumstances. I highly recommend The Watershed. Thank you so much, Kaitlyn!”

“We had our wedding there on 8/30. Everything was perfect. The setting is gorgeous, the food was phenomenal, the staff is amazing! The venue is a blank canvas that you can turn into the event of your dreams, and it was! Best day ever!! Highly recommend!!!”
