Evan was helpful in recommending companies that had the least amount of service calls and had better customer service when needed. Had the washer delivered 3 days and the delivery/install team showed up well within the time window and was extremely professional. They tested the washer and put everything back how it was prior to leaving. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!”

“I could not have had a better experience! I live in Manhattan and had tried three places here to be ghosted by two of them. I walked into Galleria with no expectation and was greeted warmly by Jenuarie and she was fabulous. She was patient in helping me decide what I wanted to do. I thought I could mix tile companies for an accent tile while never considering the exact dimensions of the tiles may not blend. She pointed this out and from that point I changed direction of what I was doing. After picking out tiles we went to the warehouse for the countertop and the first one I saw was the one I wanted. I also learned I need a fabricator which had not been mentioned to me previously. While waiting for sample tiles I saw some beautiful handmade tiles which I now think will be the accent tiles. I ordered one as the company is in California. The rest of the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and interested in what my plans were when We discussed the hand made tiles. The experience could not have been better. I saw the negative reviews and I can honestly say I can't imagine any of the staff being cold, indifferent or unhelpful. I highly, highly recommend Galleria in Middletown. I just wish we had a place like this in the city!”

“We bought a stove from here about 5 years ago that stopped working about a year ago. We’d called someone else to fix it and they deemed it as unfixable. Today i called KJ to buy another stove and he offered to check out the current one. Came in under 2 hrs and fixed in like 30mins, wished we called him first! Very professional and quick!!”

“This Home Depot may be smaller than others but I had to leave a review for the customer service desk worker named Lailah. On 7/3 I had a difficult return on an item purchased by my contractor (who went missing on me) Lailah was so patient and went above and beyond finding the order to do the return instead of a “we can’t do it” she made a horrible situation a bit better. Thank you again!”

“I replaced my Orbi internet mesh system with a new one that the young man helped me pick out and to my surprise he didn't force a more expensive system on me in fact ha have me just what I needed and no more.
I had difficulty getting it set up to run the whole house as my older did. I was returning the new one and expecting to buy a another one more powerful. I got to the return desk and they offered to come out and set it up w/out buying a new stronger system, I agreed.
They sent Jonathan to my house the next day along with Ty. They tried but ran up against the same difficulties that I did. So at their suggestion we were going to try the equivalent Eero brand, but it was in a different store much further away. Jonathan said no problem and like a shot he was off and quickly brought back the new Eero system.
He installed it found the best places to set up the satellites. I had better internet coverage my house has ever had and faster. I'm very grateful to both Jonathan & Ty, Thank You !!”

“Come here from time to time. This store is HUGE. Prices are more than Nh... but so is everything so I don't really complain. Nothing *crazy* to state.... It's Home Depot not a nightclub but the plants always seem healthy. Last time I was here there was a confrontation between the police and an Asian gentlemen. I watched for awhile and nothing spectacular came of it. Kinda would say that's the *vibe* for this store. One other time this lady who worked here was rude... I was here right at opening and went to walk in and boy she shut those doors quick. Idk why they were unlocked but I didn't unlock them and thus was a little taken again. Figured that was just a once off. For all of these reasons, 4/5 ... maybe 85/100 if this was a test. We could call it a "B"”
