“I just had Eric come and service my refrigerator/ freezer. He was very prompt and courteous and kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on. I need a part which he told me should be by the end of the week and he’ll be back to install it. I would highly recommend Eric and Ferrari‘s to anyone.”

“Came on for a modem and a router. There was an issue with the SKU/inventory on the item I needed, but the team did their best. Hidayah, Mahi, and Matt all took the time to actually figure it out. Matt went above and beyond too, walking me through options and getting my membership sorted so I could actually get more value long-term instead of just making a sale. No pressure, no nonsense, just solid customer service.
