“I was rear ended violently on December 5th, 2025 and the impact lit up all my warning alarms and compromised my bumper.
AC Automotive gave me an appointment for January 28, 2026 and, after examining the damage and replacements parts required, told me to brace for a call to bring the car back when the order arrives.
February 18th, 2026, I received the call & text and drove up the car to their shop.
Two weeks later, on March 5th, 2026, as promised, my car was fixed as good as new.
I’m not the first customer to speak highly of this facility and, hopefully, won’t be the last.

Appointment was made. I returned to drop off vehicle. Enterprise was waiting to pick me up to take me to Enterprise to take of Car Rental Paperwork. Cassandra was very helpful and was very transparent with the repair process. Work was complete in a timely fashion. And I went from rental car to my car a very smooth and painless transition. “It's the unexpected stuff that impresses.
Now my car took a month to repair, and I 100% understand, because it's a Tesla, and even I know as a consumer that ordering parts from them is a horrendous and mysterious process... given that challenge, not to mention $10,000+ of total damage, I'd say the turnaround time was excellent.
I got lots of updates from the team along the way, I even visited the car while the work was in progress, nice team of professionals doing really good work. Sara the administrative professional and Todd the body shop expert specifically.
And oh my god, the back half of my 11-year old car looks NEW. They also detailed the thing inside and out, so the rest of the car looks tremendous upon delivery. I even got new rear door seals and even the stock rear diffuser as part of the fix.
Definitely choose them for AAA insurance repairs, and I assume a number of other companies too...”
