I was shaken and exhausted, and they were so reassuring and pleasant, and they quickly got me over to Enterprise to pick up my rental to get me back on my way. Over the following weeks, they were responsive and kind every time I called to check on my car, and the day I finally came to pick it up again, my car looked great and the pickup was super fast and easy. “I was extremely happy to find out that I could go to Das Automotive to register the car I just bought privately without having to go to the CT DMV and sit for hours. I booked an appointment with the online application and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. So happy I found them. It cost an extra $25 for the service which is well worth not being aggravated at the CT DMV for 2-3 hours. Remember, your time is worth more than a paltry $25 for 2-3 hours at the CT DMV. The woman at Das that helped me was polite and professional. Thanks!”
“There was an issue with my car boot. I discussed w them to take a look at it. They were really busy but still gave me time patiently. They had a slot in a few days but I told them that it was urgent and so they fit me in immediately. They fixed the issue and because it didn’t take much time they did not even charge me. This only comes from good humanity and goes a long way.”

Cassie was very friendly on the phone and said that the product was offered in several shades of the color I was looking for. Came down the next morning and used their color chart on my vehicle. Store is clean and easy to find what you need. Paint was ordered, and arrived within 72 hours at the store. Paid on pickup and grabbed some other items I needed for this old car. This store is geared primarily towards body shops but that makes it especially appealing to people like me who DIY and want top quality body shop supplies.
