“Great sales today! The cashier woman was very friendly and helpful! Even when I had a price question she was patient and fixed the error of the price the computer scanned. Some customer service agents will give huge attitude on things like that but not even a trace from her. Very very happy with the customer service! I will happily continue to shop here!”
“My family visited the JCPenney photo studio on Thursday and Friday to take family portraits. With several small children in the group, it was quite chaotic trying to get everyone to look in the same direction at the same time. However, Avery, our photographer, was incredibly patient and energetic, making the experience much easier. He worked wonderfully with the kids and even gave us extra prints as a thoughtful gesture for our patience while waiting for other families to finish their sessions. I would definitely recommend this location for family photos.”

Walked in, and there up front were 3 display stands of gloves.Found exactly what I was looking for, and in my size, Xlg, and at the right price.$39.99.At the register, the young man was very pleasant and informative and answered all my questions. He then informed me of their Bobs store rewards program. A no cost, no card carrying, saves you money on your purchases. I agreed and was instantly awarded a $10.00 discount for signing up and extended my warranty to 90 days. You can't go wrong.I left feeling pretty good, and I believe that's the best compliment you can say about a business.These gloves just got a little warmer.I do recommend Bob's clothing store on Kitts Lane in Newington.”
“Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear them on and on.”

“Easily my favorite store for kids clothes. Most kids clothes are very slim and don’t fit my babies. However, CottonOn clothes, especially the baby clothes, are perfectly loose and fit so comfortably. They have fleece lined leggings that are perfect for the winter. Also, when they say the sizing is 6-12 months it truly does fit that long. It’s amazing. The employees were so helpful in finding the pieces I needed.”

I went there recently and was so happy to find out that their women's clothes fit me better than some of the other major brands that I have frequented before. “My husband and I stopped in while our running errands this past long weekend and we were so pleasantly surprised by our experience. Not only was the store clean and organized, but we were able to find so many great items for both my husband and our 3 year old son. I was elated to find several matching shirts for them to wear over the summer, which I look forward to seeing them in together. Prices were great and having the teacher discount on top of it was excellent. When we went up to the register, the young lady behind the counter (Lauren A) was patient as we troubleshooted which email my J.Crew account was linked to. We ended up sharing some small talk about my husband and I being educators and she was very sweet in engaging about our jobs, summer break, and which grade levels we worked with. She was so positive and genuinely happy/helpful. This wasn't exclusive just to us either. We overheard similar interactions with her and other customers in line before we approached. She was just a kind person, who seemed dedicated to her job. We will definitely return!”
“After reading all the one star reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting vineyard vines at the west farms mall but let me tell u my experience was 5 star from the moment I walked in... I was greeted by Marco immediately and he made me feel like I was the only customer in the store even thou they were busy & soon after the store manager Julie came by to make sure I found everything I needed not only did Marco & Julie help me find everything I needed they also gave me there opinion on certain colors they liked or clashed I was impressed they cared sooooo much if u read older reviews trust me the store is totally revamped with a super positive atmosphere & I recommend anyone who visited before and wasn't happy to give vineyard vines another try & I promise you'll be super satisfied... “Good quality clothes at reasonable prices. You can often finding clothing from some of the leading retail outlets and designers for as much as 50 to 70% off. Shoes are more hit or miss. There are also often good seasonal sales. Tomorrow they release their Halloween costumes.”
