I see a lot of bad reviews. However I had a positive experience with getting a new cpap. It's my second cpap thru JL.
First cpap was rough and took months but it was of no fault of the employees.
So far the employees have always been nice and knowledgeable.

This is the worst place to get oxygen supplies. They make you wait Alday and text you that they are coming what day and never shows up. A person could die and they would not care and take their time coming to give you oxygen. I will be changing who delivers my oxygen from now on and it won’t be them.
