Customer service is great! I never want to wander around Home-Depot again when I can shop here and be in and out in 5 minutes with exactly what I need.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. Maybe some people are negative because they come in with bad attitudes, or feel entitled to abuse the staff. (That could be the only reason they write such horrible reviews!)
