“I’ve been going to Hick’s Repair for years and I wouldn’t take my cars to anyone else. They are 100% honest and trustworthy. I first went to them after hearing about them from a guy I worked with who took his and his wife’s car to Hick’s. I had taken my car to one of those quick oil change places and they did a “free inspection” and told me I needed hundreds of dollars in repairs. Hick’s told me I’d been lied to and all my car needed was a filter replaced. I’ve been going back to Hick's ever since. You can trust Al and the guys completely and in today’s world of shady automobile mechanics trying to rip you off that is worth its weight in gold!”
“Century Collision did an awesome job fixing my car after I was rear-ended. They were able to get me in quickly and fixed my car quickly. They're professional and honest. My insurance would only cover the cost of non-OEM parts, but CCC was able to find a dealership that would match the price so I was able to get genuine OEM parts for the price of aftermarket. If you need bodywork done to your vehicle, I'd suggest checking them out.”
“I am extremely pleased with the work Flanders completed on my vehicle. A special part needed to be ordered from overseas as well as an oil change needed to be done. The work was performed very quickly in less than 48 hours and there were no issues after driving 4000 miles within the 2 weeks afterward. “I will attest to the owner’s son (EdJr.) helpfulness. I went to them because I had hit the back/break light of my Jeep Gladiator with a pole. While it wasn’t visibly cracked, the hit dislodged the whole light assembly out of place. Anywhere else, I would have been charged $500 just to put the light fixture in its place. Ed, the son, looked at the “damage” and explained to me how to fix it. I went home and followed Ed’s instructions and I was able to fix the light myself, saving hundreds of dollars. I truly appreciate Ed Jr’s professionalism and honesty. I would definitely take my car to them in the future. Hopefully I will never need their services but if I do, I will take my cars to them. I am aware that this is a long review for a small issue. My point is: honesty! In today’s world, honesty is paramount…for me and this seems to be an honest place.”

“AAA dispatch willfully neglected my towing request for 12 hours, and I called Friendly. In 15 minutes, Miguel showed up with his truck and delivered my vehicle to my auto shop. Miguel patiently interacted with the office manager and parallel parked my oversized SUV in a narrow driveway with mind blowing dexterity. When I realized that my car key had fallen out of my pants pocket and was back at my house, Miguel drove me back and then personally delivered the key back to the shop. He said my house was on his way, which was partially true. His patience, courtesy, and helpfulness, however, went well above and beyond even high expectations. I give Friendly and Miguel my highest recommendation.”
