“The driver that towed my vehicle was respectful and made sure that my vehicle was not damaged in the process. The after hours phone staff was helpful and knowledgable. The receptionist when I paid for my car was polite, friendly, and helpful. She made things easy when my bill of sale was not what she needed. The driver that brought my car to my job was polite, efficient, and competent. Everybody has bad experiences everywhere sometimes, but I can say that this is a well run operation with good people.”
