“Cara Balsamo and Tricia Ruska, who manage the UPS store in Storrs/Mansfield, Connecticut are outstanding professionals. They are kind, polite and helpful. They were especially helpful when I mailed a large package to our son in Brooklyn, New York, which was not delivered even though he was home at the time that the delivery person said they tried to deliver. Cara went to bat for us and UPS was willing to re-ship the package without further payment, which I thought was really wonderful—they stood up for their customer!! Consistent customer service from this Post Office is why I prefer going here among all other ones. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, but to each their own. These guys have never let us down. I get product shipped fast to all over the USA from here. Incredible crew, even their part timers are great.”

“I have a mailbox but they leave packages on the side of the building where ive had more than a couple things stolen. I used to get tickets to go pick them up at the post office but now the just leave them on the sidewalk”
