“So I met with Mark to discuss replacing the rear bumper on my new truck after backing into a bollard and creating a huge bend in it.He suggests letting him take a shot at fixing it up for $100.When he was done looked almost like new and he wanted only $60.I walked in there prepared to spend $1500.So mark saved me $1440.Who’s better than North Wilton Auto Collision?Nobody”

“I am amending my rating as per contact with the owner 29 August 2023 at 14:39 and a discussion of the number of stars in rating's unintentional negative impact on an otherwise flawless rating. I assumed Bob's had completed the work in good faith and I was still looking forward to posting images of the completed work. I want to thank Bob's Collision and Customs for getting in touch. I hope this doesn't effect the professional conduct and or the original quote.There was no malicious intent in a lower rating. I have complete faith in Bob's Collision & Customs or I wouldn't have gone there!Take a note:I may be slow but I ain't dumb.A honest handshake and straight forward talk is all it took to seal the deal. “A few weeks ago the bumper on my BMW was vandalized in the parking lot at my job. I took it to Twin Ridge Services because my Dad used to take all our cars there for repairs when I was younger. I wasn’t sure exactly who to speak to because in the past my Dad would handle everything. When I arrived I spoke with a younger gentleman named Nico. He inspected the car that day and gave me a timeframe on how long the job would take. I dropped off the car a few days later on my lunch break. Nico was generous to give me a ride back to work so I didn’t have to call a cab. When I went to pick up my car a few days later it was washed, cleaned and parked out front for pickup. Not only did they repair the part that was damaged but they also replaced and painted the entire front bumper. When I have kids I’m going to keep the tradition going and make sure I continue sending them to Twin Ridge Services.”

“Excellent place to repair your car.Over a year ago I took my Mercedes to Westport Auto Craft.After the repair, the first thing I did was to check the work down.Couldn't find any defect at all. I checked it in the shade and in the sun, different angles, and I couldn't find any difference front the area repaired to the factory painted areas. Perfect match!In September of 2022, I took the car to Europe. Here, I run over a rock and I bent the right front control arm. The part wasn't available here because Mercedes stopped making it. I called USA and no new parts were available there either, same reason. I couldn't find neither new nor used.This was a big problem, my car would be useless.So, I called Westport Auto Craft, my last hope at this Point.Mr. Martin, immediately agreed to help me out. He called some numbers and today I got the part. Used but looking like new, and came with extra suspension parts.He was very nice and I was impressed by his willingness to help.The best in workmanship, professionalism and willingness to help his clients.António D. “Other than doing a great job on my Chevy Silverado repair work, the thing that impressed me the most about Maggs was the constant communication I received about the status of my truck. Chris called me weekly, and sometimes more than that, to give me updates on what was happening with parts, schedule, testing, etc. - that's unheard of! The Owner Richard King assured me that he could match the paint color, even with the fade of an aged panel. The blend and fade came out great. It looked much better after King’s was finished. I even had the car detailed afterwards. What a great place to get general services as well as bodywork done in a small window of time. “John and Danielle were excellent and returned my car in a better state than it was when we dropped it off! My repair was done within a day, and the car is now in excellent condition - clean and looking like new. Despite issues finding parts and some delays, everything went smoothly and we are so happy with the job done here. Pricing was fair, and the actual cost was pretty much the same as the quote. Hopefully you never find yourself in a situation where you need body repairs done, but if you do then this is the place to go.”
