“Love this small town USPS. The staff is very nice and efficient and give me my receipt every time without asking! I noticed that many of the 1 star ratings are actually the fault of the Winsted branch and not this one.”

“Every time I've have been to this post office everyone has been so kind, efficient, and helpful. Specifically TAI and SUSAN are awesome. Tai just spent 15 min with me telling me all the ways he could save me money shipping things all over the country. Seriously what more could you ask for from an establishment!? PRO TIP: If you're nice to people that are doing you a service they typically respond a lot better and do their job faster. A smile goes a LONG way ;)”
