The guy who came out and looked at it said - order the part and I'll put it on for you. He was so friendly and helpful and let me know this would be the cheapest way to fix this. So - I got the part from the KIA dealer and took it over to Capitol. He did it on the spot! And wouldn't take a dime. What a nice guy (KIA wanted almost 300 dollars to put in in!)
