I shipped my Xbox across the country because this shop charges a third of what Microsoft does for the repair.
They had it fixed and shipped back in 1 business day and I got it back by the end of the week.
Highly recommend them, they charge way below competitors and have great turnaround and quality.

Incredible service and communication. I asked how long it would take and they replied to my question immediately. They said 3-6 days after receiving and then the shipping times. I got email updates when received, , started work, worked on, and sent back — all told six days from the time I sent it (from Pennsylvania) until it came back today. That’s incredibly fast. I had them sauter a new hdmi port on my Xbox series X to replace a broken one. I would highly recommend this company.

After months and months of constant crashing and no answers for my pc I brought it into Logistics and after only a day he figured out my problem. Even my tech savvy friends couldn’t figure out. Not only is he incredibly quick with his work, he is also extremely knowledgeable and even taught my things I should know for the future! Anytime I run into issues this is the first place I go to! 10000/10 very happy with this business (and their dog is really cute)

I sent in a PlayStation 5 for HDMI repair. Fast turn-around shipment back to me from the time they received my PS5, and very quick response and correspondence throughout the process. Absolutely ecstatic with the service here. I accidentally ruined my CPU with bent pins and then broke a few off trying to push them back. Logistics was able to fix this for me and save me HUNDREDS of dollars, compared to otherwise having to buy a new CPU. Great customer service. Very responsive in emails. Would absolutely do business with them again.
