Took my 2019 Ascent in as she was looking sad. So I dropped her off for a full bumper to bumper detail and when I came back she was almost as good as new. They missed a spot on the window frame that was surprising because its right in front of you when you get out and left streaks on the windshield. They even removed the carseat in my middle row and put it back for me. They got the big stain off the floor on the passenger side middle row floor. You can see in the video how nice it looks. They got all the gunk off my console. It looks like no one ever spilt everything in it. Other than those 2 tiny things she looks like when I picked her up at the dealership. The gentleman I spoke to was kind and helpful. He explained everything and what was included. For the price I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the amazing job they did. Will TOTALLY go back. They have seating and bar height tables for people who want to wait or they give you a time your vehicle will be done. Unlike the other place I spoke to, their pricing is upfront with a detailed list of what is included with a caveat that some larger vehicles, some trucks and SUVs, many have an added fee but it is disclosed upfront. My SUV isn't tiny but it is included in the no additional fee category. My only complaint is that the handicap parking is in front and the transaction window is near the back of the building.

Brought my SUV for Bumper to Bumper detailing and I was not disappointed. When they say customer satisfaction guaranteed they stand by that. If you are not 100% happy they will do all they can to get you there. I love businesses like this that treat you the way they want to be treated. They have earned a loyal customer.

I scheduled an appointment for an interior cleaning and when they gave me back my keys, I checked my car and looked. It didn’t even look like they were thorough with my seats. It’s the same condition I brought it in with visible light staining that I wanted removed. The guy asked what I thought and I shook my head and asked if he seen the staining and he proceeded to clean it with glass cleaner which I questioned. This was the final outcome.

Every time I come here everything works. The wash tunnel is heated and all the brushes inside the tunnel are working unlike other businesses in the area. Plus the towel wipe down is included with your car wash.

WARNING! I do not recommend this car wash this car wash caused SEVERE DAMAGE down both sides of my vehicle as if a grinder was taken to my paint they denied wrong doing I have call an attorney to fix this issue as a last resort thank you Thomas gates for not even looking at it

Highly highly recommend!! I never leave reviews, but I am just so appreciative of how awesome they are! My car has been having issues with mold for the past several months and I could not figure out where it was coming from. George found the issue and cleaned everything so thoroughly along with the rest of my car. It came out so good and I am so thankful. Prices are great! Will definitely be going back for regular detailing!

This place does a nice cleaning and detailing of your vehicle for a reasonable price. It does take several hours. Sometimes you do need to ask them to redo spots on the upholstery or go over the inside windows again. Definitely give them a try. Be sure to make an appointment.

It’s the worst car wash I’ve ever seen. I paid 18$, they didn’t clean and wash well. When it’s done they were bunch of dirty places on my car. They should change their name to dirty auto wash.
