“I have to say that I had a great experience with Bradley Court. First of all Julianna the office manager was thorough and always there for any questions I had. She made the process of moving in and when I had moved out go smoothly. I did not leave because I didn’t like the apartments, I needed a place temporarily.
The apartment was very cute, clean, everything functioned well. I never had a problem. When I did ask for maintenance when installing my AC or when they reached out to do smoke detector checks or anything maintenance they were wonderful. The online app is so helpful with creating a work order, paying rent, etc. the maintenance team is incredible. I was very impressed. They are continually working and improving everything. The hallways were vacuumed and mopped more than once a week. Such a clean place. The pool was kept crystal clear. If it had to be closed for anything, an email was sent to notify. The bathrooms at the pool were always clean as well.
I have nothing but good things to say. Also as a female and living alone, for those that may consider that when looking, parking is lit, there are cameras, never had a problem. The little market near the leasing office is such a bonus as well and the owners are so sweet. I would recommend living here. Others may hv had different experience but most seem old reviews. Had to leave a good review as everything went well, smoothly, and the maintenance guys always had a smile and asked how you are. Important to have hard working ppl around that make you feel safe.”

“Overall, my experience here was great. My unit was given to me in good condition and absolutely beautiful (the flooring is hardwood and the large windows allow for a lot of light to come in). The units are very spacious, have a great amount of storage room, and come with a private patio. The location is very convenient (you’re close to the highway, center of town and in between Hartford/WestHartford). The grounds are well maintained and the staff is polite and responsive.”

“I needed to have the filter replaced on my heating system. The maintenance staff person, Fabrizzio, came to do the work on the same day I emailed my request. He was friendly and competent. He patiently answered some questions I had. I am very pleased with all the maintenance staff visits I have had since I moved into the Pavilions. They have always been prompt. They provide excellent service.”
