A nice rural area, pool to keep cool in. Plenty of lawn to play on

Good amount of space for the price. Although apartments are ild but still well kept. Laundry is in the basement mostly full with people clothes. Maybe there are less washing machines for the whole building. They charge for parking second car which is ridiculous.
