“Krista is the reason I come here. She is kind, compassionate and patient. She makes me feel at ease when getting my blood drawn. I brought my 11 yr old son to see her when he had to get his drawn (it is a fight to get blood drawn) after his visit he said he will only go back to her. I love how she has plants and art in the office it makes it a more welcoming feel as opposed to a unwelcoming very clinical nerve racking setting. She is the BEST!!”
“I appreciate mobile check-in option. It's always clean and neat in the waiting room and patient rooms and the temp is comfy. A short wait time is very important to me - I usually head to work right after so I need to be able to get in and out. Everyone is always pleasant no matter how early in the morning I go. No pain; easy, peasy, quick and easy. Results always pop up quickly on the app too. ☺️”
“I have used the Enfield Quest Diagnostics twice and had a great experience each time. I scheduled my appointment online and did mobile check in with my smart phone so never had to use the kiosk. The phlebotomists I had were friendly, efficient and knowledgable. I did not have any bruising around my vein after the blood was drawn. The results were fast (next day for some) and I could easily access the results through my online account. The tools they have on the website allow you to compare your results with past visits so you can see quickly how you are doing. No complaints here and would definitely recommend this facility.”

“I hesitated to use this lab for my physical blood work after seeing the negative reviews. But it was just right down the street, so I went there on an impulse and I was glad. Avery was the person who did the paperwork and draw the blood. She was friendly and the needle pain was minimum. I definitely would use them again.”
“I have used Quest on numerous occasions and have always had great luck. The phlebotmist
was efficient and friendly. There was no waiting and no fuss. She was very good at her job. My only issue was that Google maps kept telling me to go to the back of the building to enter. I couldn't find it. I had to actually get out of my car and ask someone because it was located in a large mall system. She told me it sometimes sends people across the street. Fix that Google! But good job Quest in making and anxious time less stressful.”

“I went there on a late Friday afternoon. I had been to the Longmeadow location and there was a line just to log in and the room was full. The Benton Drive lab had no line and the waiting room was empty. What a stroke of luck. I logged in and was seen quickly. The woman drawing the blood was very good and the entire experience was very pleasant.
I did notice the waiting room is pretty small so it could have just been beginner's luck but this could be my new lab.
It is not even that far away from the Longmeadow labs.
All in all a great job by the East Longmeadow Baystate Lab.

“Yahaira truly went above and beyond for me. She's the first phlebotomist to get my blood taken within 5 mins. Usually it takes multiple people and between 45 minutes to an hour or have to make multiple trips. It took her the first try instantly. Didn't hurt at all(usually does). She was so sweet. Explained everything carefully. Made sure I was comfortable and okay the whole time as she knew i was nervous. She deserves a raise!”

“The man who took my blood used a location on my arm that I don't see others use and it turned out great! He was professional and he got my blood in one take and I didn't feel a thing. My senior mother also had blood taken by him that day and she had a smooth expression. I forgot his name. Great job! (Also we went right in at our appt arrival!)”
