“On this 11/29/2025, I realized I was about to run out of Propane. I called Hocon , was answered by someone who assured me I would get a call. I got the call at 9.30 pm. An employee (Tony) went above and beyond to ensure that I got the gas. He came at about 11.30 pm in the 27 degree weather and filled my tanks. TONY You are phenomenal! You were and what this world needs! THANK YOU! A million times!”

The window glass could use a cleaning.
The process of the pre-check in could have been explained in the reservation process a bit better to help save time during the pick up. Perhaps I missed the information in my haste.
Everything else was great and always is.
Olivia handled everything like a pro and was a fraction of a second ahead of me during check in, to help keep things moving along well for me, for her and the team, and the customers on line behind me.

“Great car wash, I’ve been coming here for years. My only con is that they close pretty early for a car wash, so I have to speed here to make it after work. If they were open for another hour or two like other car washes in town, they would get so much more business since they are only open when people are at work.”
