(8 years ago: )These guys are great. This is my first foray into foreign car territory, so I had to seek out completely different & unknown-to-me parts sources. Glad I found these guys! My last order made it here in 2 days flat!
EDIT 2024: They have changed ownership a few years ago. Not the same. Shipping is SLOW, and accuracy of the orders has suffered. Went to install a timing belt and tensioner I bought 2 years ago for stock for my Volvo 940. Not only was the belt misboxed, but it was a different part number from the box ... and BOTH were WRONG for this vehicle! WTF! Sure wish I had looked in the box back then. Total waste of money there. Knocked 3 stars off for that and the shipping time.

so far my experience with eeuroparts has not been good. They promise fast, inexpensive shipping. I made my order 9 days ago and ups does not even have it yet. I called and spoke with a rep who I could not understand, then was transferred to a supervisor who was not available. Beware.

My first and LAST order. Very deceptive practices. Parts listed and verbally confirmed/order placed - only partial shipment. Given the run around by CSR (probably not in US) was finally told a tracking number was not available. Hmmmm, so the order hasn't even been processed over a week?! OK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY -- SPEND THE EXTRA $$$ FOR A REPUTABLE ORGANIZATION.

FCP Euro is pretty good Delivery is pretty accurate n the products are good. My only problem so far is getting the right price the first time. I really don’t appreciate calling one day getting a price then calling again n getting another price. This happened twice to me

The service is not like it used to be. I called and sometimes it is hard for me to understand what the person on the other end of line are saying. I understand company needs to same money and hires subcontractor to answer phones. My issue has been properly communication with those on other end of line. I have asked if there are any new discounts on parts and the answer was “prices are already low there are no discounts and not even for Veterans “ I think maybe I must be talking to owner of company base on their answer. That makes me for some parts In Other companies. When I search on line I see some discounts in Eeuroparts so it tells me the person on the other en of line is not well informed.
