warning.. stay far away from this company.. they will rip you off when its time to replace warranty items.. they will make you junp thru hoops just to get a warranty replacement part. I bought 8 coil Delphi coil packs and plugs for routine tune up and a year later one of the coil pack went out.. so i contacted them for a replacement.. and they said no problem, you have to buy another one, then you return the bad one and they will refund the replacement cost.. no biggie.. except they will not send you a return shipping label.. what?? if the item is under manufacture warranty which i found out from Delphi that they offer 3 years of warranty not two year like eeuroparts were offering.. so already they are ripping buyers off on warranty period of one year less, they refuse to send return label.. as I spoke to Delphi, they would refund the company for all the return warranty costs. but eeruoparts are ripping people off by saying you have pay for returns.. why?? it was no fault of the buyer that they sold me a faulty item.. so unless you want hassle and horrible customer service.. stay far far away from this scam company.. it's no wonder there's only 2 reviews for this scam company.. nothing good to say about their business practice..

Ordered parts from these guys, it was shipped to the wrong address. Gave it 2 weeks to resolve the situation. Called 5 times finally someone answered and said the parts were delivered to my house. The house in the picture is not my house. Called FedEx they told me the seller has to contact them. Seller refuses to do anything. These guys are scammers do not order from them. Look at the reviews! No parts no refund.

Very bad customer service I ordered a part that they website said it will fits my car 5 days later I got that part but did not fits my car I call customer service and a nice Áfrican Lady told me I need to Talk with the manager she transfer me to hin and when to the voicemail nobody call me Back and still waiting basically I lost my money.

Crazy that you can't give zero stars to a company. Just look at the other negative reviews, they're not lying. This company is terrible. Pray that you don't have a problem with your purchase because that's where customer service ends. They'll ignore your call, jerk you around, ignore your emails, all to make you give up on returning a defective product. Best bet with people that run a business like this is to open a complaint with the BBB.

Will never order from them again, ordered ignition coil packs and sent me the wrong ones and now won’t acknowledge my emails nor refund me nor give me the right product.

Wish I can give them Zero stars!!!!Worst customer service I ever experienced!! They will give you tracking number and hold your parts for weeks!!! They have NO return policy as well!! Going to file a dispute with my CC company!!!???

don't even try to return an item, one of the worst customer experience. i bought a sensor for my car that the website says it fits my vehicle and it didn't (the item was different ) 3 days i am trying to return it and nothing....

Ordered and paid for a part and received a tracking number. Days pass and tracking still showed waiting for the item. I get an email asking for the VIN# so they can verify fitment. Provided the requested information and they replied saying the item I ordered is out of stock so they canceled the order. I checked their site and the price more than doubled and is still in stock. They outright lied. Never ordering from these clowns again. Stay away and go somewhere else like Pelican Parts or FCP Euro, even if the price is a few dollars more. On top of all of this, I had to request a refund!

Worst customer service!!! Sent wrong parts and their return policy is trash!!!Save your money and time and go somewhere else! and by the way all they do is drop ship orders! Nothing in stock!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!

(2023) Very few companies deserve 1 star. This one does IMO, but Sitejabber gives them 1.9 Bought a shift knob emblem for my daughter's car. The 1 star is for sending the right part, but it took 2 weeks to arrive in CO from TN, not due to shipping time. It looked perfectly fine on arrival.. I put some 3M spray adhesive on the back of the emblem, installed it on the shift knob, let dry. I then discovered it had small cracks inside that were invisible at first but after the adhesive filled in the cracks and messed up the emblem you could see them. I told eEuroparts this, they said send photos within 5 business days. No problem. They said "After carefully reviewing the situation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a return or claim for the damaged part, as it was installed prior to being reported. It is important to note that damages should be reported immediately upon receipt of the part, so that we can address the issue promptly and accurately." Asked them to reconsider, given the email chain that explained the cracks were not able to be seen until after installation. No response after 5 business days. So be it. They lost a customer over a $25 dollar plastic part and they couldn't care less.
