“Fast check-in and they assign you a door quickly. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and has good amenities, including restrooms, vending/snack options, and enough space to walk around while waiting.
Overnight parking is allowed, and I stayed here without any issues. Nobody bothered me, and even if you turn in your paperwork first, they’ll return it when your load is finished.
The only downside is unloading speed. It took 2 hours and 40 minutes to unload only about 15 pallets. The unloading process is much slower than it should be—it could have easily been completed in about an hour.
Overall, it’s a good facility with friendly people, but be prepared for a long wait during unloading.”
