“These guys are great! Our dog daycare bus got stuck in the snow and they came right out to winch it out for us within the hour. Saved the day. Will be using them for future services. Can't recommend them enough! Super nice guys.”

“Update: my check engine came on Sunday at 4:30 PM and I needed to travel with my family out of state on Tuesday morning. I texted Sunday, got a response, dropped off the car, and they squeezed it in and fixed it on Monday! This was a couple weeks ago, and the repair has worked. Amazing service, and very appreciated! It turns out I needed a very big repair. They quickly told me that my car was not worth repairing, and to look for a new vehicle. They could have taken advantage and done worthless repairs, and charged me, but they told the truth. Appreciate it!”

“Great people!!! I had a bit of a unique situation with my late father in law’s truck and A to Z was so kind to me over the phone and in person. They stayed a few extra minutes late and helped me back out of the parking lot without even having to ask! Just from the conversation I had with the owner while I was there, it was clear that they are honest, kind, and hardworking people. I would definitely recommend!”

“I haven’t used them for work yet, however, my car was towed here after an accident yesterday and Mario , the owner, was so nice to me and informative about my options. Sometimes your insurance provider isn’t making the best decisions for you, but for their own benefit and he explained things to me in easier terms. I will definitely think of using him in the future”

“Merli Auto was called by GEICO emergency roadside service when my tire went flat & the lug nuts were stuck. They were super fast to arrive, knew exactly what to do, super quick, really long and professional. The driver even blocked the road while I merged back on from the shoulder & followed me for a bit to be sure my spare didn't fail. Stand up service!”

“I was told by my old mechanic I needed brakes and I went here because someone reccomend them. Since I moved, my old mechanic is far away and I wanted somewhere local. They were very honest in telling me I still had a lot of life left in my breaks when someone could have easily taken advantage. I will definitely be returning for any future jobs I need done! 🙂”

“Professional, polite, they even showed up 15 minutes early from time AAA said , I can't say enough good about my experience with them, even without AAA I would call them for any towing needs. Thank You Joey for such a great job, I felt like he really cared about my car and the situation I was in. from now on I will only be using them for any towing service.”
