“I see a lot of bad reviews so I wanted to leave my own for a change of perspective ! I use this post office all the time and i haven't ever had an issue. I went in there this morning and the man that's always there in the morning (wish I thought to ask for his name ) was so incredibly helpful. I was trying to track down a package I mailed 2 weeks ago that appeared to have been lost based on the tracking. He searched the system every way he could and despite me giving him all of the wrong info (I had the date and time wrong AND the person who had helped me that day wrong - I confused it with another day that I shipped a package) he was so patient and kind and he solved the mystery . He found the transaction and gave me plenty of proof that it was actually delivered last week despite the recipient not verifying that it was. He was the only one there and had other customers that he bounced back and forth between me and helping them and was still smiling and kind with us all. I would have lost patience with me if I were him lol!

“The post office in our town is the greatest. The nicest folks behind the counter in all my dealings with them, and I've been a customer for 35 years. Luis, Oxana, Scott, and Shaneeta are the best. It seems like they can't do enough to help. Passports, packages, etc. All good.”

“I had to leave a review after visiting this post office today. The way they decorated the office for Breast Cancer Awareness truly deserves recognition—it’s beautiful and so thoughtful. I was left flabbergasted at the effort and creativity they put into it. On top of that, the service was friendly and quick. Make sure to stop by and see their breast cancer theme decorations—they definitely deserve a reward for the work they put in!”

“This one is so much better than Thomaston PO. The staff here are professional and friendly. The Thomaston one they have attitudes especially the lady post master I spoke to ( interjecting and speaking gruffly) she should be fired! They also hire incompetent carriers who speed in the complex had many problems with Thomaston PO and brought to managers attention - they don't seem to give. Thomaston needs to get better carriers and staff. I try not to do much business at that one.”

“This has been the most pleasant USPS experience of my life. I have been trying to get my fingerprints done for over month now and six visits to various locations in CT and NY later, this office got it done in minutes with incredible service, good humor and kindness. “The blonde lady with glasses is pretty nice but the other lady makes me a bit uncomfortable. I try to avoid her as much as I can. I wish they would post shifts because yikes it just feels like she hates everyone and makes you walk on eggshells tbh I try to leave there as fast as I can. Even just being in the line is uncomfortable to be honest because it affects the whole atmosphere of the place. She does her work though without issue! It's just that Id rather avoid her shift so I'd appreciate it if you would let us know who will be in when. Either way I hope that lady gets well soon but once again she works just fine.”

“I’ve been to many post offices, but yaritza makes this location stand out. She has a literal glow and a positive attitude that is rare to find. Even when it’s busy, she is incredibly kind, sweet, and professional. She turns a routine errand into the best part of the day. 10/10 service every time!”
“While I have always had good service at the Watertown, CT post office, I have had some problems trying to call the postal employees there. No one ever answers the phone! I wanted to ask them to hold my mail for me, because my mailbox was crushed by a falling tree during the last storm. I am having a mobility problem, and was hoping I didn't have to go into the post office myself. Guess I have to now.”
“I have always been treated well when I bring my packages to send or buy supplies. So many negative reviews about staff but I think they are all doing a great job. My mail carriers are considerate and I have only had one package not arrive in over 40 years. I do miss the Amazon hub that used to be at Rite Aid but so far, carriers have done a fine job including the USPS carriers. Thank you.”
“Eric was very helpful and attentive. I didn’t catch the name of the older caucasian woman next to him she had glasses and her hair was graying. She was extremely rude to him and as a customer it made me very uncomfortable. You should not treat people like that, ESPECIALLY in front of customers.”
“I visited this location Yesterday because I was having issues with my mail Being return to sender as well as my packages. The manager on duty worked hard to resolve the issue and ensured that my packages got redelivered today. I use this location often and the employees are always polite even when the lines are out the door.”
