“I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! I needed them to scan an original poster that was quite large and then recreate it at a significantly smaller size, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. I was honestly impressed by how clear and legible all of the writing was despite the size difference.
The workers were also incredibly sweet, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. They clearly took the time to make sure everything came out right, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I really appreciate the care they put into it — highly recommend this UPS Store!”

“I have my mailbox at this store. The owner and staff have always been friendly and courteous to me and I've witnessed many customer interactions that were the same. The negative interactions are typically from a customer yelling at the staff usually caused by the customer screwing their own stuff up. I'm confused as to why there's so many bad reviews but I think it's mainly from entitled folks. #1 The UPS store didn't cause the pandemic. #2 The UPS store doesn't control your crappy buying habits that lead to you needing to return your crap back to Amazon. How do I know this? Because I have to stand in line behind you folks every day to get my mail. Buy your own packing tape. Bringing an open package to return that's not taped is like wiping your a** before you go.”
“This one is so much better than Thomaston PO. The staff here are professional and friendly. The Thomaston one they have attitudes especially the lady post master I spoke to ( interjecting and speaking gruffly) she should be fired! They also hire incompetent carriers who speed in the complex had many problems with Thomaston PO and brought to managers attention - they don't seem to give. Thomaston needs to get better carriers and staff. I try not to do much business at that one.”

The person working did a terrific job handling 6 people trying to get in and out during their lunch breaks. She was by herself the week before when I was in there and overwhelmed as well. I have been trying to get my fingerprints done for over month now and six visits to various locations in CT and NY later, this office got it done in minutes with incredible service, good humor and kindness. “While I have always had good service at the Watertown, CT post office, I have had some problems trying to call the postal employees there. No one ever answers the phone! I wanted to ask them to hold my mail for me, because my mailbox was crushed by a falling tree during the last storm. I am having a mobility problem, and was hoping I didn't have to go into the post office myself. Guess I have to now.”
