“I have been a client now for more than 2 decades. The staff goes through many changes, and some were fantastic, I still miss Scott, and others not so much. On 7/12/2024 I recently stopped in the Orange CT Store and the new team members were great. They were very customer focused and really seem to care. I also was touched that they still donate and ask client's if they would like to support by purchasing a can of food, or toy etc. As we all know the human touch is not present when one chooses an online option and thought about this as I left with a smile as I really enjoyed my shopping experience.”
“This is easily the best aquarium shop in the northeast. Bob, the owner, is wildly knowledgeable of all types of aquariums, corals, and products. The store is newly expanded & renovated. They have many modern acrylic aquarium kits and one of the best selection of fresh and saltwater fish I’ve ever seen. “Great staff, very helpful and willing to help without asking. Needed cat food that has been hard to find, they put their order in and contacted me to inform me that they did receive the cat food I've been looking for. Great to know they have my back, one less stress to worry about. I don't have to order online from other pet stores due to the order either canceling or item being on backorder. I know PSP will get a shipment and will contact me if the product I'm needing arrived. Koko and I are both very happy customers. ?”
“Every time I come here Nick goes out of his way to help with our machines and part orders. Literally above and beyond. Always treats us with respect and he is kind and friendly. His mechanic Josh is the same exact way. Also very knowledgeable. I have never been treated better in any other establishment. Nick also always remembers who we are which is great. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place, and I always recommend everyone to come here”

“We take our 3 dogs for Ed and his wife to groom. We have 2 Chow chows and 1 lab. Pooch Pizazz has been grooming my dogs for over 3 years now and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. They do an amazing job and are very caring with all our fur babies”
“Went in there hoping to find Blue Buffalo products. Saw there some for the dogs, barely any for cats. Cat section for wet food was scarce. Lots for medical food which is good to know. Staff seemed friendly. I wouldn't go there expecting to find a lot of variety, but in a pinch its a nice store stop by quickly.”
“Bob is such a responsible breeder. He replies messages quickly. He gave me a strong (102grams 12weeks), healthy, cute hand-feed cockatiel?. He will answer your questions after you bring your birds back, and he will check the birds situation, which is responsible way for birds’ lives to me. My cockatiel , Fanfan, learned how to eat and drink when he comes home. And he is close to people, which is what I wanted.All in all, it’s a good place to pick your hand feed birdies.”

“My go-to for the needs of groundskeeping and pet foods. If you're into landscaping this is the place. In addition to their Great Prices, they are extremely helpful in information about pest control. I'm not trying to harm anyone's animals, have to be very careful in what you use for rodent deterrent.”

“It's what you'd expect in any petsmart. I did find some kitty snacks I hadn't seen in other store locations, so I stocked up. Clean, not smelly, good signs. They have dog groomer, shots, and cat adoption. Large parking lot, baskets and carts. Glad I stopped in.”

“This place is amazing. We have 2 huge dogs & this store actually has stuff for my big babies. The rewards program is good too, usually buy 2 get 1 free on treats & toys. Employees are knowledgeable & caring. Unlike similar stores that only cater to small dogs; PetSmart has stuff for all types of pets.”
“Normally I go to the Petco in Wallingford for my fish supplies, and thisone was much nicer. My inly complaint was the betta fish. In the Wallingford Petco, the bettas get regular water changes, and are very healthy. I can not say the same here. Many betta fish were dead and rotting, and most had dirty water. This is a shame, because the ither fish in the store were some of the best I had ever seen in a Petco. All of the tanks had lovely java moss and Java Fern, and this Petco had the best variety if fish that you notmally dont find in petcos. If it werent for the bettas, I would give 5 stars.”

“Very fun place. A bunch of attractions and good food. Be careful of rides like go karts though as sometimes those can be dangerous. The food there is good and the place is huge so it takes a while to get someone where unless you run. Just keep an eye on your kids because when I went here as a kid the amount of bullying was huge. So if you're a kid watch out and if you're an adult keep an eye on your kid and other kids to be safe. But other than that 5 stars would come again.”
“Really wonderful place. I always see the caretakers cleaning up after the dogs and all the animals get fed often. You can also play with the dogs in special individual pens.”

“Hanna did a great job grooming my 12lb toy poodle, Toby. We were trying to find a place closer to us and she was able to get us in same week due to a cancellation. Toby is a sweet boy, but he can be difficult at times with brushing and grooming. She was very clear on communicationand has a kind and caring personality, and it’s clear that the well being of the pups are top priority. One thing to note, is the that the dogs are typically out of the crates in between grooming sessions, but I’m sure if you had a special request to have your dog separated it would be fine. Communication is key. She was even taking extra precaution this time due to the mystery canine respiratory illness so they were all crated.We will definitely be coming back! Great experience.”
