Ace Hardware of Woodbury is a retail hardware store that carries Benjamin Moore paint, Weber and Traiger grills, housewares and bird food. Customers say the staff gives amazing service. One customer noted that staff held the door when he was 20 yards away and that several staff members appeared from shelves to offer help. Another customer used the Ace Handyman Service and praised the repairman who came from a vetted professional company. An employee helped find an odd size bolt and ran out to the parking lot to tell the customer it was found. Customers who bought a Weber grill enjoyed help from an employee who explained the grill, helped with seasoning, and arranged same‑day delivery by two nice gentlemen. Many customers say they will shop only at Ace Hardware.
I love the store! The convenience of having it in town has been amazing. I only wish they could somehow sell lumber too, then I'd never have to go to the bigger stores!
