“Ordered a Jellycat online that was very difficult to find anywhere else. I figured there was a chance they didn’t have it in stock anymore, but I gave it a shot. Within a few days of placing my order, they refunded my payment and sent me an email explaining the item was discontinued and out of stock. The promptness of the refund and the gesture of the email were both so wonderful! Incredible customer service and clearly reliable for online orders. :-)”

“We happened to be in town visiting friends and decided to go have a bite to eat. We came upon this area which had plenty of restaurants, small businesses and a green. As we walked the area we came across this shop and my girlfriend decided to stop in just to take a look. They had many stylish blouses, dresses and pants. No intention to purchase today, just educate on what the possibility was for her. Donna was so patient and helpful. “I will never forget around the summer of 2021, approximately, when things were getting back to normal, somewhat, this store stood out for a major reason. While all other businesses were sporting all types of warning signs with rules and regulations (and not enforcing them, by the way), Old Navy had a wonderful sign that simply said "All Are Welcome".
