Within a few days of placing my order, they refunded my payment and sent me an email explaining the item was discontinued and out of stock. They helped me try a variety of sizes and also ordered the size I needed in the color and style that I wanted it. While I was there some “regulars” came in based on how they were acknowledged by name, which added to the overall positive feeling of shopping there. The store was orderly and clean. While all other businesses were sporting all types of warning signs with rules and regulations (and not enforcing them, by the way), Old Navy had a wonderful sign that simply said "All Are Welcome".
