“I have been going to this gym for almost 5 years. It's perfect for every level. Staff and members are helpful and encouraging. We are all sizes, all ages, all abilities. My favorite program is the team training. It's a fun group and Lauren is a great trainer.”

“As a former member of this gym (moved to FL in 2020) I dropped in for a workout. This is one of the cleanest gyms ever and has all the equipment to enjoy a solid workout. Shout out to Steve (great to see you!) and the team for a great job!”
“JPF is the best! I started lifting for the first time at Planet Fitness, but eventually wanted a gym with more diverse equipment. Their space allows me to train like an athlete on my best days, and feel fulfilled by simple mobility exercises or just playing around on my worst days. The Strongman room is awesome for introverts, and it's clear how much the owners care about this gym by their continuous investment and expansions.”
“Idk what’s up with all the bad reviews. Maybe it’s the time of day I come in (12-3) before the rush, but the equipment is always clean, the AC actually works here (the Norwich PF is always humid and disgusting!), and the staff are nice. I was on the stairmaster watching one literally scrub the sides of the treadmills. This place in my opinion is super clean, they have the nice new red light therapy, and all the fans actually are placed nice for air circulation. I really don’t love PF but this PF really is a step up compared to some of the CT ones that are outdated with ancient equipment.”

“Great vibes at this place. The coaches are all motivating, knowledgable, and just generally fun people. There are members of all ages and abilities, so they constantly demo exercises and give tips on how to modify them to where you're at. CF Aspinock is also a perfect place to learn barbell lifts (which I'd never done before and is what made me originally hesitate to join). The workouts generally combine strength and cardio and are definitely challenging, but everyone scales/paces them to what they can do. I'm probably a little over 50 classes in, and I've never once left thinking I didn't get a good workout in.”
“Great gym, old school vibe, but has equipment for all levels of fitness. Dave the owner is very knowledgeable in lifting, and nutrition, and specializes in bodybuilding. Also has great equipment for strength training as well as great cardio machines. 10/10 recommend this gym to anyone that wants to be welcomed with open arms.”
“Ive lived in southbridge a little over 5 years now and have been taking my kids here since we first moved out here. We mainly only utilize the basketball court and pool . Family swim is amazing and my kids love it, the only downfall i would say would be the basketball court. Whenever we try to use the courts their shut down for the entire day for pickleball or something else. If people are paying for these spaces they should be able to utilize them accordingly not on certain schedules. Other than that its the YMCA , theyre amazing ! They do a ton for the community and its a great safe space for everybody.”
“As a new member and new to fitness beginner im finding this location to be unbelievably beneficial to my goals and honestly asking myself why I haven't done this sooner...”
