Shipped a large framed painting from Maryland to California. 1 Stop came to my house to pick up the painting, packed it at their shop, quoted me a price that was consistent with their initial estimate and shipped it off packed and insured to the receiver. The whole process took 10 days. Excellent customer service and communication.
