“Found Bookstore Movers based on some Reddit reviews so decided to request a quote online. They got back to me the same morning via email which was crazy fast. And that experience was consistent every time I emailed them moving forward - amazing customer service. We got James, John, and Myree for our move and we couldn't have been happier. They were very quick and efficient, and overall very friendly people! All of our boxes were out the door in less than 20 minutes (about 15 boxes). The furniture took longer but that's to be expected, especially since they took the time to wrap everything up in moving blankets which was awesome! They chatted with us while they moved our stuff (but they didn't get side tracked) and were pretty fun to talk to. It was about $800+tip for an apartment to apartment move within Arlington. I don't know if that's a great value or not as I've only hired movers twice, but I do know my stuff arrived undamaged and they made the move pleasant and stress-free so for me it was well worth it. Will definitely be hiring them for my next move!”

They moved for my mother two weeks before ours and I specifically asked for the same moving crew. The majority was the same and I was delighted. A HARD working crew committed to their job. They had to step up and down a 4-floor townhouse with some heavy items and some challenging bringing down and up the narrow stairway, they mastered that. So grateful! (I read in Readers Digest about paying tips to some professionals that I never thought about, so I made sure I paid them this time around. So I suggest you do the same).”
“Fitzgerald moved the offices of the National Oilseed Processors Association. The moving team arrived on time and they were very courteous, friendly and professional at all times. They really know their business. Our office was completely moved and set up at the new office within 4 hours. They looked out for items that weren't tagged and brought them to me to ask where do they go. They were careful - nothing got damaged. The team leaders, Jason was very helpful in keeping me informed and going through a final walk through at the old address to make sure I had not forgotten anything. I would HIGHLY recommend them.”

Clothes.I was told 5 guys and a truck could do it in 3 hours.I was skeptical. Tony assured me- more than once - that it would happen. Relax. So, I did.Dathan, the foreman, and his team worked hard, but smart. They clearly work together often; it was really something to watch. Two of the team disassembled a futon in minutes to fit up my twisty staircase. No charge!In all, I was amazed how they fit these things into and around the little spaces in my house.One more thing. Another DR employee was driving by my house and stopped by to help!! I think that says a lot about this District Relocators.Everyone was super courteous and professional, also, nicely low key.It was a no stress move!
