The 1210 Mass Apartments is a hidden gem of Washington, DC. Adjacent to Thomas Circle on Massachusetts Avenue, the residents are just steps away from all that the modern DC resident needs to live, play, work and thrive. The apartment complex is well maintained with a very friendly staff who are accommodating. The apartments are also fitted with new equipment. The leasing team, including Darius and Faren, have been praised for their helpfulness and willingness to go above and beyond to assist residents. While the common area amenities, such as the grill, may have some issues, the overall experience of living at 1210 Mass Apartments has been positive for many residents.
This is a great building, good quality, affordable prices, good location and quiet. Particular shoutout for Chanal Thomas at the front desk for her positive attitude, professionalism, efficiency and helpfulness.

I really enjoyed parking at this building. Chanal in the front desk has given a wonderful welcoming each day and the other front desk attendants in the mornings and evenings are very nice too they always welcome me back when returning . You have a great team there and I will miss them very much.
