We’ve been living here for about a month in apartment 1210 on Mass, and honestly, we’re really happy with the place. The apartment is bright, comfy, and perfect for a family. The building is quiet and feels safe, and everything is well taken care of. The area is super convenient — stores and everything you need are right nearby. Overall, it’s a really great spot to live in D.C.

I had a chance to do a site tour at 1210 Mass and was extremely delighted with this apartment community. The greenery around the building is extremely calm and the color tones of the building are extremely neutral and balanced. The old style complex with modern amenities and furnishings makes for a wonderful living option.
I was met with Faren for my tour and I was already exhausted from a long day of appointments. She made sure that I look at all the key places across the building including the potential unit. Thank you for the tour and your hospitality.

The apartment complex is well maintained with a very friendly staff who are accommodating. The apartments are also fitted with new equipment.

I don't usually write reviews but I can't stress enough how awesome this leasing team is! After calling what seemed like a million buildings, 1210 Mass was the only building that offered the lease terms I was looking for in the exact location I was looking for. Darius and Faren went above and beyond to help me get approved and moved in and I can't thank them enough for all their help. Rest assured you will be working with people who truly care for you!

I have lived here for 5 years, but their common area is not good. The grill is not reliable, every time I try to use it there is no gas… The good thing is that the staff is very friendly

We didn't end up signing a lease here because their availability didn't line up with our move-in dates; however, we had a wonderful experience while touring. Darius was incredibly helpful and offered to notify us as soon an apartment became available. Easy tour process and helpful leasing team.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Equity residential and 1210 Mass. Units have been renovated nicely, are spacious, include great windows for natural light, and have really nice hard floors throughout. The location of this community is truly incredible- most places you’d want to go are easily accessible by foot but metro/bus stations are near by and parking garage is convenient. The leasing, concierge, and maintenance team are all great. The building is very well taken care of and I highly recommend Ava, the community manager, to help you with any questions or needs you may have. She has been a really helpful resource to me as I look to sign a new lease in the building. Thanks, Ava!

I've lived at 1210 Mass for the past 3 years and never had any issues. It's quiet and you can't beat the location. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Everyone who works here is amazing! Teauna at the front desk is especially awesome. She is always on top of everything, knows all the tenants, and has my packages ready for me before I even realize they have arrived. But more than that, she is always extremely kind to everyone and is a pleasure to be around.

I lived in 1210 Mass for 2 years and absolutely loved it! They’ve done so much work to modernize all the units and it’s a great quiet location with the ability to walk anywhere. Front desk staff is amazing. Highly recommend to everyone!
