Took my car up for oil change and tire rotation. They were super helpful and did a thorough check of major car components and gave me a status update. Will be taking my car back.

Do not go here, it's a classic scam oil change/repair place. I brought my car in for an "oil change and can you top of the fluids and put some air in the tires" service. My old mechanic who moved to Maryland would change the oil and let me know if there was anything wrong. Not these guys.
I dropped the car off at 10am, there were 3 other vehicles in their lot and one on the lift. They didn't start work on my car till 3pm. They sent me an estimate for over $3,000. They wanted to change my spark plugs for $800, align my tires, rotate them and rebalance them ($2000). They said I needed a new cabin air filter change for $200.
I NEVER write bad reviews about places, I just move on but this is a new business using good reviews from the old business and I wanted to warn people thinking about taking their car here.

This place really took advantage of my friend who brought her car in with a rattling sound, see attached photo. Two stars because the rattling sound was fixed with the shiny new $1000 exhaust pipe. These prices for the cabin air filter and windshield wipers should be illegal, it’s just crooked. To top it off, they charged her an extra 10% service charge on top of the quoted prices for everything.
Edit: they also took over AIM auto and just changed the Google review profile name to Ben’s to keep AIM’s good reviews.

I was told it’s $195 for diagnostic fee of my vehicle and it would go towards service. The man also said if it’s not a lot of work to find the problem I won’t be charged that price at all because who would charge for an easy fix (his words) eventually he called saying they will check my car soon they just been busy and will try to fix today if not it’ll be done by the next morning, he’ll discount and help with Uber which I felt was odd because who actually does that but fast forward he called back later basically it’s the cap that’s placed on the coolant tank but I need a new radiator because it’s connected so I have to replace both. He quoted almost $1500 and said the diagnostic fee is separate ? my radiator literally sits in front of the drill area of my vehicle there’s no taking apart my vehicle to get to anything he had to do. He made everything sound good just to basically already have his mind made up about charging me full price regardless and tried saying he can lower it by $195 but he has to call his boss to still get approval of that low price which he probably is the boss. At lot of people play them games. Overall all that was just talk, I got scammed and I should’ve known better. Never again!!!!!!!!!

Some of the best service I’ve ever received in any industry. I had an electronic issue with my older car. They fixed it same-day. The issue returned, and they examined the problem from every possible angle like it was a NASA lab, then fixed it same-day *again*. Nick was highly communicative throughout the whole process and explained everything really thoroughly. Their online inspection results are also easy to read. Great team over there.

I was traveling from NC to DC and I had an issue with my car. They fix it really fast, and I was able to return home on time. Nick and Nathan are so friendly and good at their job. 1000% recommend

By pure chance, I visited this place on their first day under new management. They were super friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced — overall the best experience I’ve had at an auto shop. They’ve already made some nice updates to the exterior of the shop, too.

I was looking forward to going here because of all the great reviews and because a friend had recommended it- unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. Front desk woman was very nice and transparent about pricing and they were quick. I had my tires rotated and noticed that my anti theft lock on one of my tires was missing, which was a bolt they had replaced, so I had asked where it had gone. The technician became very upset and started yelling at me saying that I was accusing him of stealing, which I was not. The front desk woman profusely apologized for his behavior. Overall a negative experience.

Best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. They’re respectful, quick, honest with pricing, reliable, transparent, and kind. I’ve gotten my mirror replaced and my friend got his tire patched. Would recommend to anyone in the DC area who wants to support a local business and get great service.
