They were great! Committed well, gave me rides when my car broke down to get to work. 10/10

Great team; soldered a chewed electrical wire for me and wrapped it with rodent-prevention tape. Recommended other rodent-proofing measures and installed items I purchased on Amazon at no charge. Going to be my go-to garage for the foreseeable future.

I had a great experience at Ben Nielsen’s Northwest Automotive! Making an appointment was easy, and they were friendly, efficient, and thorough.
