One of their good for nothing drivers totalled my parked car in a hit and run and they're refusing to pay for it.

I sent back a toilet seat and have never been refunded. I asked for a supervisor and was supposed to get a return call with in a half hour. That was Friday morning. No return call. I ordered one seat and received 2 in the same box. I returned both in the same box and was only refunded 1. Customer service could not help.
