Beware of the Express Scripts bait and switch email. Once they move your perscriptions, the price may change significantly over your local pharmacy. Once they have your credit card and they auto ship, you have to pay whatever the price is. Buyer Beware!!

I tried to call about setting up an account for my mother. I wanted to know if delivery could be completed over the phone as my mom does not have a smart phone. The customer service agent repeatedly asked me for my date of birth so she could better assist me instead of just answering my question. I got nowhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! i had a prescription for my diabetes last year but this year they are saying they will not cover it!! I finally found something that works to lower my A1C and they are denying it. THEY SUCK! GO TO SOMEONE ELSE THEY ARE TRYING TO KILL US!!
