The way I have been treated this Christmas season after spending over 2500 in the past month and 13k for the year I am done. The stress is not worth the savings. Id rather spend twice as much and have my sanity. Now I can’t even return items I don’t want because they magically after 3 years need to confirm my identity but they system they use to upload my id doesn’t work LOL. Amazon is not the company they used to be. Not even close. Rip Amazon.

I have placed an order on 7 December and it was expected to arrive on 10 Dec, 23. It was delayed to 14 December and then delayed to 17 Dec. It is further dalyed without any specific reason, I am going to sue this agency and it is very disgusting to lie in business or to make fool clients

Unfair Business Practices/ Fraudulent TransactionsAmazon attempted to process my return on September 26, 2023 for $149.44 (not a small hit to a disabled veteran's budget), it rejected in their system because my original card for that order was no longer a valid card, my bank had contacted me regarding suspicious activity and replaced my card, when Amazon attempted to process the return it rejected AS I ALREADY TOLD THEM IT WOULD (long conversation with Stephanie). Turns out the suspicious activity my bank detected was Amazon debiting my account multiple times for the same amount. This is well documented including ALL of my attempts to follow up.On October 3, 2023 when I followed up yet again (spoke to Christine), I learned that Amazon had sent me an email saying the return rejected in their system, I got the email on October 10th and immediately answered (in writing) when they asked...how would I now like to receive my refund? I replied "by mail" and provided everything they asked for to which they said (spoke to Amanda then Manfusa) it would take a minimum of four (4) weeks.On November 12th after yet again another follow up to Amazon (spoke to Richa and Kannish), they sent me a retro-charge notice and apology because they were not going to take any further action because my original order was over thirty (30) days old. So, they have the return and they have my money.Really?Amazon just washed their hands of me and multiple times refused to escalate this issue to someone who could resolve this issue. This is just the final ridiculous excuse by Amazon for NOT doing the right thing.But the bigger question is, what happens to the money that Amazon fails to return to it's customers and how many people across the country are having this same or similar thing happen to them?

Amazon customer service is the worse. Not only did they not send a valid gift card. They charged me twice. Customer service lied so many times. I have not been able to resolve the issue. Their managers don’t care

terrible cs operation. language issue.also called corporate the operator in washington state would not help me and we were disconnected. if you have a problem that takes time to resolve your cs agent will be timed out. it took me over an hour to get issue resolved.

Worst experience I ever had with you all. My packages were marked delivered by a driver and not received. I contacted customer service 4 employees including a supervisor told me it was it was nothing they could do I had to file a police report but the first employee I talked to told me he replaced one of the items and the other 5 items I had to wait until 8 pm to replace or get refunded so call back at 8pm. When I called back I talked to 4 other employees they all had different excuses on why they couldn’t help me. I asked for corporate number they refused. Never in the 4+ years I been with Amazon and a prime member I never had this problem until recently and if I did Amazon was amazing with customer service. Amazon is the worst been dealing with this situation for 2 days now. This is very unprofessional.

I had the worst experience ever with a customer service. I was hung up on four different times three times by supervisors, and was told that even though they did not send my item to me that there was nothing they could do and they were not gonna refund my money only because the package weighed what they thought it should weigh. And they pretty much told me that they were not gonna refund my $17. This is all over $17. It’s pretty sad that multimillion dollar company supposedly can’t help somebody for a $17 order that they never for filled and then you’re gonna tell me that there’s nothing they can do about it and just take my money. Absolutely pathetic, unprofessional and ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves.
