“Can not say enough good things about this business. From the first phone call until the job was done everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I really have no complaints. Went in to have a spoiler fixed on my Toyota after it was damaged in a parking accident. Was given an appointment, met a representative there and he texted me throughout the process with updates on when the part arrived etc. When it came time to get it fixed, the whole thing was done within 30 minutes. No extra charges, no sale person trying to get me to buy something I didn't need and, most importantly, they treated me like I mattered. Highly recommend this DC business.”

“I was next in line but my request was not ordinary so it was taking some time. I was then made to wait as the manger served 2 other customers who came in after me. I became flustered and confused. I asked for help from another manger but then the first manger was done and could finish with me. She apologize many times and compensate me with a discount for my patience on my purchase. I appreciate her trying to keep me as a customer, it help me clam down. Just in future it is always best to finish with a customer first before going to the next one. I understand my request wasn't nornal and it took some time figure out but my time is valuable.”
