I had a great experience at this location! I was treated at the door and asked if they tested batteries in which they did. They also changed it out. Great customer service. This is now my go to location!!!!

Inside the infamous Hechinger Mall just passed H Street NE, this Auto Zone is small, but mighty. As a service, they do free car battery checks and charges. That's what brought me in on a Sunday afternoon in July. I was helped right away. Within minutes, I was on my way!
