I frequently shop there for spare parts for my car and I have had very good experiences, except that when buying online sometimes when you arrive to pick up what you bought they tell you that the order is not ready because what you bought is not there.

Vess, Cali and OG was right there to help when my tie rod broke right in the parking lot and didn’t charge an arm and a leg real reasonable.

Popped in this morning with an electrical gremlin, colleague ( cant remember the ladies name ) very kindly conducted an battery, alternator test while we waited and provided a printed result.
Thank you Autozone for helping and providing superb customer service. BTW, the store was extremely tidy and well presented. Keep up the good work.

The gentlemanbthat helped me out was friendly and had a sence of humor. Which is hard to find around here!! As bad as I hate DC it was nice to find some back home hospitality (Texas)

The young man working on 11/20/2024 right before the store closed was professional, funny and installed our windshield wiper blades in the pouring rain! He was fabulous 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I went into this auto zone location today to purchase wiper blades Amanda was very professional and helpful. The story was super organized and she even came out in the rain to replace my blades for me. Thanks Amanda you rock ☺️☺️☺️

A young girl works there that was INCREDIBLY rude to my uncle. Melissa is her name. How could this location employ someone so condescending and negligent towards valuable customers? She is NOT a quality Auto Zone employee let alone manager. If management sees this, some firm correction is needed.
