My thanks to Ammie, Hunter and Colin for their help during my two visits to Barbour Georgetown. I had my Burghley 38 (purchased 1980s) rewaxed and repaired, and I am very happy with my restored trench coat.

Outstanding customer service! Manager Amanda Kinsman bent over backwards to help us and she resolved the issue to our great satisfaction. You might think those days are gone, but good customer service is still a priority at Barbour Georgetown.

While in DC, not dressed properly, walked in to buy a $500 Barbour jacket, that I always wanted anyway.So I said walking in the door, I’m on meds, really need to pee; and if I can, I’ll buy a jacket. Period.They said, “Nope”.As a former restaurant owner for 25 plus years, I muse over what could have been a much much shorter career, if I had treated my customers the same ?

We love the products, but the manager was treating us like criminals when we wanted to change something we bought less than 20m before. Terrible experience, even though other employees were nice.

Great experience. Went in several times before making a purchase. The same store associate was there each time and by the third trip I was committed to making a purchase. She was super helpful and patient with me and gave me a great customer experience.

Super helpful staff and an amazing customer experience. A shame that the Europeans INCORRECTLY put their zippers on the left side of the jacket but it doesn't take long to get used to. Would definitely recommend checking out this store.

They have a tremendous selection of clothing items, particularly jackets. I was looking for a new winter coat and found a jacket that checked all of the boxes for what I was looking for. The sales associates who aided my search, Nick, was tremendously knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. The jacket that I bought was incredible and something that I wore daily during the winter. It was warm, durable, easy to pair, and very water resistant. It was a fantastic investment. I'll definitely be returning to the store!
