Gorgeous building in a great location. Love how it's located one block away from 14th and U street. Easy access but not in the mix of all of the activity. Staff is superb!!

I wasn't able to visit the Berkshire before seeing it in person, but Gerry supported me through the process. He went above and beyond by taking measurements for me, helping the movers without me present and answering all of my questions. It's a lovely community with a great and friendly staff. I am happy to be here.
