Five stars all around from Dontrell in leasing, to all the amazing front desk workers, and Jeremy's phenomenal maintenance work. I could not be happier having found a home here.
The building has amazing views from the roof deck, which includes a fire pit, tv, lounge chairs, two grills, and dining areas. The location is pretty hard to beat and the floor to ceiling windows allow in amazing natural light.
If I could give more stars than 5 I would for the outstanding management, maintenance, and front desk team for their genuine personalities and the amazing customer service they provide.

This building uses an incompetent AI bot that has no idea what units are actually available for tours. Tried twice to tour (once self-guided and once with a leasing agent) but when I got there was told there were actually no units available to tour. Please bring back real, trustworthy employees to handle scheduling. Otherwise, you're just wasting peoples' valuable time.

I've lived in Berkshire 15 for almost 10 months now and would highly recommend it. While here, I've had zero maintenance issues. The building is quiet and very well kept. The front desk staff are generally very friendly and helpful. This is a huge improvement from my old building, and the favorable ratings for Berkshire 15 was one of the reasons I committed to it.

I lived here for a year and loved it! Stanley at the front desk is great and so is the maintenance team. One of the best buildings in the area for sure!

Recently moved into Berkshire 15 and could not be happier with the decision. Everything from the first visit to the application to the move-in has been extremely professional and efficient. The staff is truly incredible and has already made me feel so comfortable and part of the community, and the apartment itself has great appliances / finishings. Location is also a huge positive, as it is very safe, convenient to everything I could need, and Meridian Hill park is right next door for some nice mid-day walks.

This is a really great property run by some good people. Tomarra was diligent and kind in working with us. Their policies are also great for renters which is not something I have typically found with larger apartment buildings. The location and apartments are well taken care of and the security of the building was a big plus. I would recommend looming into this place!

Pros: Great location, wonderful management, brand new appliances, really cool rooftop/lobby/common areasCons: Poor construction (you can hear everything through the walls, ceiling, in the hallways), you're paying only for the location - there isn't a gym or other amenities you'd expect for the price point, poor communication - I missed my final statement notice due to moving/the holidays and instead of sending one or two reminders, they sent me to a debt collector even though I had been timely with payments my whole year living there...so incredibly frustratingOverall: Wouldn't live here again
