Thank you for consistently on-time departures from NYC-DC! It's such a relief to be able to rely on a scheduled departure, and on experienced, smooth drivers. 4-stars because the bathrooms could always be better and the WiFi is slow (but at least there is WiFi at all)

I think it's a most reasonable transportation for a solo traveler. Wifi didn't work the most of time but I didn't have to worry about my phone buttery while on the bus.
