“Easy access with first class boarding passes. Desk ladies were friendly and helpful. Clean bathroom and quiet, comfortable, and simple lounge area. Nothing fancy and great access to the platform.”
“It's nice to have the bus as a transportation option between NYC and D.C., however, the new location at 11th Avenue in Manhattan is quite the walk from Penn Station - a major transit area which also served as Bolt Bus' original location. The walk from Penn to the Bolt stop on W.36th and 11th takes 30 minutes at a steady pace. I hope this helps!Bolt Bus was much cleaner 3 years ago. It appears their standards have lowered.”

“If you’re not from DC or are not familiar with the public transportation then you’ll probably get lost in this station. There are signs and maps that could help you but be sure to ask the metro staff for help. I would have say the metro staff are the kindest people I have met in DC so far, as long as you are friendly and respectful to them.”
