We had a great experience - Brothers repaired our Hoover using parts they were tossing out! Their workbench is staffed with a professional who knows how to shape materials to craft bits and pieces that fit when exact replacement parts from the manufacturer are not available.

I was having strange issues with my Singer Tradition sewing machine (a grinding sound, handwheel not turning, and loose bottom stitches). I took my machine in and had it serviced same-day. I have nothing new to add beyond what other reviews have stated: the people who work here are friendly, knowledgable, and take the time to explain/educate. I plan to bring my sewing machine for service here (and only here) whenever it should require it in the future. As it is, it now runs better than it did when I bought... read full comment
