“Buyer beware re: Ultracraft Cabinets, sold at Ferguson.
I bought Ultracraft Frameless Full Access cabinets for my laundry room in September 2025 from the Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery in Washington, DC. The estimated lead time was 5-12 weeks, but it took nearly 25 weeks to receive all the pieces for installation. In addition to the long lead time, the cabinet quality is inconsistent (eg, different frame profiles, hinges popping out, damaged corners), and I will need to replace several pieces.
I have had good experiences with other cabinet lines purchased from Ferguson, and I hope this review helps other consumers make informed choices. The long lead times and need for replacement parts have caused significant delays in my project completion, increased labor costs, and left me very disappointed with Ultracraft. I'm giving Ferguson 4 stars because I'm happy with the OTHER cabinets, appliances, kitchen, and bath items I've purchased from them.”

“OMG l had the best Experience at the 901 Home Depot location a couple weeks ago on 9/12023 inside the paint department. I don't remember the gentlema's name, but he was friendly knowledgeable and engaging. Hi offered expertise advice and suggestions. I rarely get any of that when l shop at Home Depot , employee are usually reactivate and just know which direction to point me in. The rarely know the products. I Recommend it”
“We had an excellent experience at this Home Depot! El Jah, the lot associate, was amazing. He helped us load a large patio set into our car and stayed positive the entire time, even though we had to try several different ways to fit the heavy boxes. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out.
Mike, the head cashier, was also incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate the teamwork and great customer service from everyone involved.
I also noticed that the associates had water available while working in the extreme heat, which says a lot about Home Depot taking care of its employees. It’s great to see a company supporting its team while they work hard to take care of customers. Thank you all for such a positive experience!”
